Refund policy

Returns
We offer a 60-day return window, meaning you have 60 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unopened, unused, and in the original packaging, in the same condition you received them. You’ll also need your order number or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return
To start a return, contact us at sgmhorders@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. If your return is approved, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package.

Returns must be requested before sending. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (for example, if you received the wrong item or the item arrived damaged).

Damages, Defects & Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 48 hours if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We’ll work with you to make it right.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item (if eligible) and place a new order once your return is approved.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
